I took my bath and built a tile shower. I large tiles for walls and rows 1 / 4 inch mortars, which in very few lines of grout.

I have most of my information www.johnbridge.com have a great forum.

I had to do a lot of research before starting this project. It is not that difficult, but no links or with poor materials

Good luck!

Think about the resale value if only one bathroom does not replace the bathtub with shower. If there are two bathrooms, and then go ahead and put in a shower. If you do not replace the bathtub with the shower, so take care on the walls.

There are many ready-made piece of wall that can be purchased at hardware stores, to ensure that as a possible replacement of the wall.

If you do not want the windows cleaned, then I do not think why, or even marble, granite or Corian. Everyone needs to be cleaned, you need the cleaning. The grouting of the problem is age, not the novelty, so that when a new work for the ceramic slurry, which was a few years without any special tools for cleaning or detergent.

You can always still produced panels for baths or bathing, too.
