Does a skidless yoga towel make a big difference in Bikram? - bikram yoga classes
I practiced Bikram yoga for 10 months and have always been a regular towel. I'm happy about yoga towels curious skidless - a big difference? I really do not want to $ 50 for a pay its no different than in the towel, I find it ever used to.

I've used both and could not make much difference. Another possibility is to experiment with the range of towels. How towel thin / thick / soft bath, you can also have the same effect and you spend much less.
Try some baby or talcum less slippery.
